Running Basecamp 4.3.5 and want to send POI etc to my nuvi 255w. If Basecamp can find the device all is OK. The problem is that sometimes Basecamp can't find the device. This even happens when I select DEVICE / Check device for update. At that point most of the time the device is detected and status of update is confirmed.
BUT
even when I can check for updates, Basecamp does not detect the nuvi when I try and send data to the nuvi.
