unable to install some maps on to my GPS using BaseCamp

Hi,

I have encountered a problem with Basecamp.
Since a couple of days I am unable to install 2 of my 3 TOPO maps on my GPS.
TOPO Germany v3
TOPO France v2
TOPO Benelux (works fine)
It has always been easy to transfer these maps onto my GPS.
I tried a couple of things such as installing Basecamp again, or installing the map again but nothing fixed the problem
I am able to open the maps in BaseCamp and i see that all of them are unlocked.
GPS: GARMIN Dakota 20

Hello Ivo,

Just guessing here. I do not have a Dakota but I have many other devices that I load maps on.

Do you have enough memory to load all 3 maps on the Dakota?

Have you ever loaded more than 1 map into the Dakota previously?

How is the TOPO Benelux named inside your Dakota drive? gmapsupp.img ?

Where is the process failing? From your post I'm not clear if BC is sending the maps but they're not visible or you're simply not even able to send them?

Describe what you've done, where it fails and with any error messages and it might be easier to help.
