How do I import actual track logs from Zumo 390?

Hi all - forgive me if the answer is elsewhere but I've searched and can't find anything.

I have a Zumo 390 LM (Software V 3.80) and have just got back from a 500 mile 3 day Motorcycle trip.

I wanted to download the track log to Basecamp to see where I actually went compared to where I had planned to go.

I've clicked the "Receive from Device..." icon but all that comes into Basecamp is the routes and waypoints I previously uploaded - there are no tracks shown only the :confused:routes and waypoints.

The Zumo has "Travel History" button checked but the Tracks icon under Apps says "No tracks found".

TracBack also not working as it say Trip log is not long enough so it looks like it may not saving the logs be for some reason.

Any idea what I am doing wrong here as I would early love to get those tracks?

  • So after 7 years I'm sure you sorted this out.  I have exactly the same question so found your question during my search.  I did actually figure it out.  With Base Camp open and your GPS device connected (I am using a Zumo 595) select internal storage in the LIBRARY window.  The window below will propagate with a list of waypoints and routes etc...   Scroll down to the bottom af that list and you will find the "Activity Log" files which in my case is a file for each day
