Trip or route in Base camp is not the same on the 1490?

I have made a long trip in Base Camp. When I transfer it to my 1490 the driving routes are not the same. I am using the same profile, driving, on both the BC software and the 1490. What am I doing wrong?
Use Express and select Install to PC under Advanced Options. This assumes you have lifetime maps on your 1490 or at least an update to 2015.10 that is still available for download?

Does the 1490 need to be connected to do this? I see no "advanced options" or "install to PC" options.
