Freeing up space on Nuvi 550 & Limit of custom routes?

After getting my computer to recognize my Nuvi 550 again, I noticed that the Nuvi only has 12.6 MB free space of the 1.80GB drive. Is there anything I can delete to free up space that won't affect the operations? I see there are a lot of different languages that one would think could be deleted. Any suggestions?

Also, is there a limit on the amount of custom routes that I can load at one time on the Nuvi 550? It seems like I can transfer many Basecamp routes onto the Nuvi, but then it seems like there is a limit (I think about 10) to the number of routes I can then import to use.

I'm not sure of the limit on your GPS but on the 1490 it is also 10. I simply import the ten I want at any one time. Note when you delete them they are still available for import so you can import/delete/re-import at will.

You can delete all unwanted text, keyboard, help, EULA, vehicle and voice files. Back them up first in case you ever need them later.
