GPS route different from the one in BaseCamp

Hi

I just bought an eTrex 20, installed all the software and started checking things out. The first problem I encountered is, I can plan a route in BaseCamp no problem but when I try to open it on my device, it simply creates a straight line between point A and point B (I'm using the maps from talkytoaster.info). Any idea on what am I doing wrong?

You'll need to set the correct routing profile, sounds like you have 'off road' selected, you need to select 'on road' for routing to work.

Go into Setup, Routing and select either 'On road for distance' or 'on road for time' depending which one you want.
