Sending Route to Camper 760 Device from Basecamp

I have been trying to send a route from Basecamp to my Camper 760 Garmin. The route, with various way points, has been created and suitably named. I believe that I have saved it in the Garmin device but I can't see it. I understand that it should appear in the Favourites Folder.

I am also not able to view any of the destinations that I have successfully saved on the Device when I look in the Internal Storage folders on my laptop. I am told all such destinations and routes should be in the GPX Folder in the Internal Storage area. When trying to open the GPX files to either view or delete information an error message occurs to say that I do not have a programme associated with the file type. Surely it is possible to view, add and delete information in the Internal Storage area of the device via my laptop? I have a Windows 7, 64 bit system. I suspect I have created several duplicate routes and saved them in error and I need to find a way to delete them. Any help would be appreciated.

As for deleting destinations, routes etc, I'm unclear whether you're talking about in Basecamp or the GPS? On the GPS you can't delete them other than through the menu on the GPS itself.

Thanks for the information. Found the routes under apps on the device now. Am able to delete the routes I have created in error on the device directly.
