Ain't gonna happen. Basecamp is abandoned and Garmin Connect is more fitness oriented than aviation oriented. Given that Garmin Connect has currently many serious issues that affect fitness folks and Garmin clearly struggles to correct them without breaking something else, I cannot imagine them assigning any resources to add the kind of feature you're requesting.
