I am using Basecamp 4.3.3 (Win 8.1 x64) and fighting with the coordinate entry.
If I try to manually enter the coordinates, the auto correction makes me crazy.
Example Coordinates: N47 12.345 E8 12.345
I type N47 12.345 E8
After typing 8 the auto correction writes N47° 12.345' E8° 00.000' and place the cursor at the same character position, which means before E (because of adding ° and '). So, I have repostition the cursor. :mad:
It is easier the allow the user to enter the coorodiantes without the °/' symbols but also if I enter the symbols the autocorrection is not helpfull.
I type N47° 12.345' E8
After typing 8 the auto correction writes N47° 12.345' E8° 00.000' and place the cursor at the same character position, which means between 8 and °. Ok, I try to enter the rest of the coordinates.
I type ° 1
After typing 1 the auto correction writes N47° 12.345' E9° 40.000'
I type 2
After typing 2 the auto correction writes N47° 12.345' E16° 00.000' and place the cursor at the same character position, which means between the 00 (because of adding 1 or 6).
So, if I type the rest .345
It ends with: N47° 12.345' E16° 0.345'0.000'
An invalid Input, but i only typed N47° 12.345' E8° 12.345'
This was definlty not programmed from a user perspective.
Another wish, it whould be nice I could change the coordinate format directly in the waypoint dialog.
