Map Locked in BC??

I've recently upgraded to 4.3.3, and then upgraded my maps to City Navigator North America NT 2015.10 on both my Zumo 660 and PC using Garmin Express. I have a lifetime maps as well, and never had a problem with Mapsource automatically unlocking?

Zumo seems fine, but when I go to BC and select the 2015.1 map, I get no detail. When I go to Manage Maps, it says 2015.1 is Locked. I click the Unlock online and go through the entire routine, and it eventually says 'Successfully unlocked map(s) for device'. However, it doesn't do anything for BC, which remains locked.

What's the trick here to get the map in the PC unlocked??

Well that should have done it. Have you tried shutting down then switching on your PC and Basecamp again?

Yes, I've shutdown and restarted the machine, opened BC and MS and still the same issue. I went through the Unlock Online routine again, and nothing. Just says the devise is unlocked but the PC maps remain locked. What's next?

Try redownloading the map to your PC again ...

I ended up just deleting the 2015.1 folder on the PC and reinstalling it. It finally worked this time. Not sure what the hang up was?
