Get recent places from device into basecamp

To all,
I have 2595LMT with ~30 recent places in the device. I want to create a route or Trip by selecting from the recent places already in the 2595.

When I capture the information from the device into Basecamp, recent places do not show up anywhere in a populated field. Is this true that recent places is not uploadable to Basecamp?

Also, if the answer to the above is no, how can I create a route or Trip by selecting from the recent places on the 2595 itself. Seems like I should be able to plan a Trip from the recent places saved on the 2595.

You need to save them to Saved Places/Favourites before you can do what you want in Basecamp. You can however create a trip on the nuvi using Recent Places.

Is this true that recent places is not uploadable to Basecamp?

To my knowledge that is that case.

Of course you can upload the waypoints/favorites but you cannot upload the fact that you used them recently.
