Waypoints

BaseCamp has some nice features. But I cannot find how to change waypoints symbols showed by default. I can change them one at a time, but how to change them all at a time? Am I blind?

There was such king of adjustment in MapSource under edit/preferences/waypoint

Where is it in BaseCamp?

Just block select the ones you want to change then right click and select Open, then in the Properties tab change the icon.

Yes, this is the way to change them one by one or even by a selected group, but only for existing waypoints, made earlier. I meant how to change symbols that basecamp uses by default, that would be put on map in the future.

Sorry, you mentioned 'changing them all at one time' so I was confused. There is a thread that discusses this https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?1165-via-points-in-MapSource and it covers Basecamp also

In other words BC does not have the feature, only MS has?

I like BC for it allows not to display all stupid preset points clattering the map, which MC does not allow, but be unable to change the default setting for the currently used huge blue flag...

If you read the thread you'll see you can change it for Basecamp also.

No doubt I can edit the register. The disappointment is related to customer interface.
