Ik work for a public company . In holland... With an expensive route optimizing programme (cuild buy several houses for the money) . Combined with mobile computers... (5 times more expensive as regular nav sat garmin).... Anyway things are going on very slow..... I was searching for alternatives, a quick fix if you like... To show the suppliers what we want, and to show what is possible with regular systems... Maybe even to change to regular sat nav from Garmin... (if they don't deliver)
Now Basecamp comes in, it does most things we need, and is suprisingly good for a free programme...
I need fixed routes. Not to be recalculated.... I have to be able to place spoken messages. (POI with MP3 message)
Most things I can find on the web..
Questions:
- Can I change and/or duplicate any POI in Basecamp? Drag & drop?I know how to create a POI with my personal message...
- Is there a way to force direction in a street? (besides placing waypoints in order) So, can I make a street oneway? Just force the route in that direction...
Any help is welcome....
