Win7Ult Basecamp will not connect to Forerunner 410.

Latest version of Ant Mgr, Basecamp, Garmin Express installed on Win7 Ult system.

Device pairs and transfers to Garmin Express just fine.

Device not visible to Basecamp.

(Forerunner 910XT having same problem).
