I purchased 4 or 5 Garmin products over the last month.
I had trouble with several of them and had to return them.
That part was truly frustrating.
However, I must say that Garmin went beyond the call of duty to assist me.
My frustration has been replaced by a feeling that I almost have a partner in the GPS industry after the outstanding service
I received from a particular Garmin employee.
When a company stands behind a product as strongly as I have just experienced with Garmin, it definitely means I will
continue to have faith in and purchase their products and recommend them.
