Lost track while editing on Basecamp

I was editing a track from Oregon 550 on Basecamp and lost it.
What I did - join a few tracks, divide the track and rename the main track.
The track disappeared and there was no undo option available.
Has anyone encountered the same problem?
Is there anyway to recover the track?

I don't think so. Best workflow in Basecamp to prevent this happening in future is to copy the track from your Oregon into Basecamp, and work on it there so the original stays on your Oregon. Then when you're editing if things go wrong you have the original track still.
