Only main roads?

Just updated my nuvi maps and I am trying to use basecamp, but basecamp is only showing main roads no matter the detail level or zoomed in level.
Basecamp ver. 4.2.5
Map just installed in the nuvi and computer via Garmin Map install: City Navigator North America NT 2014.4
Basecamp map product manager unlock regions: City Navigator North America NT 2014.4
Any ideas?

You've selected the City Navigator map in the "Maps" menu of BaseCamp? Sounds like you're looking at the basemap ("Global Map") that comes with BaseCamp, which is very limited.

Look under Maps in the toolbar. Is CN NA listed? Is it selected?

Yes, no matter which City Navigator map I select in the "Maps" menu of BaseCamp they only show main roads.

Yes, It shows the maps I can select and have selected from the map tab and the drop down maps thing under the toolbar.

Check under View in the top toolbar that Basic map only isn't selected.

I looked at view and made sure it wasn't on basic map only. Selected most detail too.

Go into Edit, Options, Activity Profile and select Map Display Features, is Transportation fully checked? It should be but if you're not on the basic map that's the only other thing I can think of.
