Basecamp streets are not showing on map

I'm running basecamp on my desktop but I want to install it on my laptop for traveling and it installs but I can not view the streets.

Use JaVaWa's GMTK to transfer maps from your desktop to laptop http://www.javawa.nl/gmtk_en.html otherwise all you'll be seeing is the Basecamp basemap.
