Most recent. In short you have to undo stuff (manually or Ctrl-Z) you don't want to keep. That is the nature of a database application and why BC is not my primary software (but the file based, and obsoleted, MapSource).
What one can do is create a "Temporary" folder/list and try stuff in that. Of course existing data would have to be copied first so you don't accidentally mess with stuff you don't want to.
I often open new files in MapSource and "experiment". Sometimes I save the file other times not.
Thanks again. Yes I prefer MapSource any day. I've more or less given up on BC. But since my hard drive died I lost MS and although I have the installation disk the MS updates are not available.
Thanks but that really is crazy. Manys the time I've altered a track in MapSource then realised I needed to start again. The easiest way to do that was to unload it without saving.
