Cannot see streets in Basecamp

I'm using the latest version of Basecamp and City Navigator NA.
Everything works perfectly on my PC
When I use it on my Tablet, (Dell Venue 11 Pro) the streets do not show when I zoom in.
The highlited route shows up with all the POI and waypoints but no streets?

Any idea on what can cause this?

Yes, does your tablet have the map installed? I suspect not so all you're seeing is the very crude basemap.

First off enable, if they're not already, the map and detail level toolbars.

Ensure that your City Naviagor, and NOT the Global Basemap is selected in the map drop-down-list toolbar. Then make sure the detail is set to Highest. If all that is ok try pressing Ctrl-G (Basic Map Only/Detailed Maps toggle).

OK ...

Is the CN NA map selected in the drop down list? Is detail level set to highest?

Also check that in Actvity Profiles, Map Display Features that lines are selected.
