Finding Italian addresses in BaseCamp

Hi
I have specific addresses I need to get to in Italy but there appears to be nowhere in BaseCamp that I can do this. I have tried the search box at the top right hand corner of the screen but this will not return the addresses I need. Do a quick search using Google maps, no problem. Is this an ongoing issue?

What addresses? Basecamp should find Italian addresses without any issue provided they are in the map data.

Best approach is:

With the correct map (CN EU) selected in Basecamp hit Ctrl + Alt + F

Ensure Addresses is selected, and enter the town name in the Location field. As you do so it will start to populate, pick the town you want from the list. Now enter the street address in the search box and hit enter.

If that doesn't work for you can you post an example of an address you can't find?
