Don't know if this is the correct forum to report Basecamp/GC/Tactix-related bugs.
Started using Basecamp w my Tactix watch, and as I merge tracks recorded on the Fenix, which I then want to upload to Garmin Connect as they are trail runs with fitness data, I keep getting errors when trying to manually upload them to the Garmin Connect website.
I don't have a clue whether if this is a bug from Basecamp or GC website or Tactix???
Here's what I'm doing:
1- Two separate FIT tracks are recorded in Tactix w/ fitness data
2- Connect my Fenix and from Basecamp, I click icon "Receive from Device"
3- Highlight both tracks, right click "Advanced," then "Join the selected tracks"
4- Click on new merged track and select "File," then Export Selection and it exports the new file out of basecamp to a single gpx file
5- Do a manual upload into GC website and it then keeps me giving an error
This keeps on happening, so I don't know if Basecamp is just not compatible with the GC website.
