Newbie to Garmin and have had issues with my etrex 20 being dropped while transferring data to Basecamp.
Little green bar slows to a crawl then stops and soon after device disappears.
Even before this problem when I was able to have data transfer there were issues loading topo maps from Basecamp.
Purchased new cable when told by support it was a cable connectivity issue. Worked the first time I used it but not since.
Windows 7 Home edition.
Any suggestions?
