In base camp I can see and access tracks and routes in the interal storage of my device but when I disconnect my device and switch it on, I can't see the info:confused: Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am unable to view my old tracks and routes on my device
You will have to tell us which device you have before any of us can help you. This has been reported a number of times and has happened to me. It's fixable, but we have to know what device.
