New Win7 computer - how to move BaseCamp data from WinXP machine?

I've just built up a new Win7 computer and loaded BaseCamp and my latest map to it. Now I need to figure out how to move all the data from BaseCamp that I've been using on my old WinXP machine. Any help would be appreciated. I presume I need to find and copy a database, but I have no idea of what files to copy and their source and target locations.

Do a backup on the XP machine, copy the backup file to removable media (flash drive, etc), and then perform a Restore on the new Win7 machine using the backup file on the removable media.

BaseCamp has a built-in backup/restore feature for this very kind of thing in the File menu.

On the WinXP machine perform a backup to a flash drive, shared folder etc. On the Win7 box perform a Restore.

Done.

You should just be able to use the Backup/Restore feature in Basecamp. Backup to a usb stick then restore on your new PC. Enjoy your new toy :-)

Thanks to all. I had forgotten about that feature. I've installed a map to the Win7 machine using Garmin Express but the rest was in the clouds.....

FYI BaseCamp allows you to setup multiple databases so now would be a good time to do that.
