Monterra has problems connecting with Basecamp most of the time?

My Monterra only connects with BaseCamp about 20% of the attempts. It connects with PC most, if not all, the time.
I have not figured out how to resolve this - anyone else seeing this?

Is there any way to manually go look for it or connect it?

Also, I have the BaseCamp mobile on iPad but it refuses to pull down waypoints from the cloud storage - just tracks and pictures?

I will open a case for your connection issue. However the iPad issue is managed by another team. I will do what I can to make that known. By the way, just to make sure before I open the case, are you on the Mac version of BaseCamp? This is the Windows BaseCamp forum but I only question because you have an iPad.

My Monterra will intermittently connect to my Windows PC (Windows 7) version of BaseCamp. It seems like it might work better when I connect the Monterra by USB and then start BaseCamp, but even then it will only connect on occasion.

I cannot get the Monterra to connect via Bluetooth to the iPad BaseCamp mobile at all - very disappointing.

It's not a BaseCamp Modile issue on the iPad. It's a Monterra Bluetooth profile issue.
