?? How to search forums ?? need syntax - keep getting entire data base error message

Lets say I want to learn how to Report Map Errors or BaseCamp Direction Errors or Zumo 350 Direction Errors
because I am a good boy and trying to help
so I look in Zumo 300 Series "user manual" - it has instructions to report a POI error, that is all
so I look in Basecamp / Help - search for word "error" returns Nothing
so I go to this Forum
and try as I might I keep getting the message to make my search criteria more specific - because returns too much of database

so I try
error
report error
report basecamp error
"error"
error AND report
"error" AND "report" AND "basecamp"

it doesn't matter -
so how do I search this forum ?
what is syntax ?

Have you tried Help->Report Map Errors in Basecamp?

How are you doing these searches? I tried the two in your quote above and got lots of hits. Click the Advanced Search link at the top right of the page (underneath the magnifying glass icon). Then enter "report error" in the keywords box and click the search now button. No database errors when I try this and lots of threads come up. It even finds this thread. ;)
