Basecamp starts only ones

Hi,

I am using windows 8.1 and installed basecamp. After installing Basecamp starts immediatley. But after a restart of Basecamp is will not start.
It comes with a message Basecamp cann't start, it needs read/write access to the temporarily map on the system. The temporarily map returns c:\users\<username>\AppData\Local\temp.

I have a Dutch version but Windows recognizes the map "users" (the map exist). I have moved my document map to the e-drive.

What do I have to do to start BaseCamp? Edit the registery?

Sounds like something got messed up with your permissions. I would try running BaseCamp as Administrator, see if that helps. (That should not normally be necessary, but it might help you getting it to run.)

It could still be an issue with the BaseCamp installer. I'll ask the installer guys to take a look.

But I am glad the work-around fixed things for you. Thanks for reporting back.
