Any chance you'll be adding support for GGZ files to BaseCamp any time soon? I feel a bit handicapped with my Oregon 650 because I can't take advantage of a lot of what BaseCamp has to offer and still utilize the GGZ files.
Maybe that's the reason why BaseCamp doesn't support GGZ files?
BaseCamp is free, how can that be 'overpriced'? It's also supported very actively; can't say it's abandoned...
Sorry - with both of these I was referring to the Garmin Oregon 650.
Basecamp is fine for what it does I guess but since it doesn't even support the ggz file format, it's pretty much useless for me personally since the ability to load massive numbers of geocaches was the entire reason I bought the 650 in the first place.
All of Garmin's attention (read money) seems now to be devoted to wearables and purpose built mini gps devices. The firmware on my Edge 520 seems almost bug free and it's been out for a month now. If only they'd put that much attention to detail into their handheld devices...
