I've bought many Garmin products in my life and swore by them but look guys, here lately I haven't been able to get the birdseye to download but 10% of what I download!!!!!!! I waited 14 hours one day and it gave me a few images out of states! That is pathetic. What is more pathetic is you guys have told me on the phone that I can not download more than a few images at a time. I am not stupid I have been doin this for a couple years now as I make Garmin birdseye mapcards for a living, they still pay their subscribtion fee to you so don't get your panties in a wad Garmin. Now look I have took the time to download almost the whole United states on my base camp and I have transfered all of the images into lists of each state so I can click on a state and it show me the whole state and I transfer that to an sd card like I have been for years, well now it will take the same time to download but only actually download 10% and when I go back to fill in the gaps, (try to download what failed to show up) it says its already on there and won't let me download again so I have to delete the contents of the whole card and download again just to have the same problem, now you guys need to fix this ASAP, I have already lost business due to this and this has greatly affected my name. Get it right or I have 6 billboards in south Carolina I would be glad to put something on it to discourage any future business you May have, I am sick of this. I have had to quit this side business and tell everyone I can't make them anymore because of Garmin has crappy product support and their basecamp is full of glitches. I currently have 8 cards left to do that people have already paid me for that I told them I will complete, and because of you guys I can't even keep my word, you have no idea how heated I am, so this better get fixed immediately.
