Routes and Roads Mis-alignment

OK, the plot thickens...
On my main PC (the one with the problem) I'm running Basecamp version 4.2.4. (the latest)
Even routes that I created years ago don't display properly ie off the road.
I've just tried Basecamp on my Laptop, it's running version 4.1.2. and the route/road align perfectly.
Now I'm afraid to update Basecamp on my laptop.

As I suggested ... try uninstall/reinstall

I haven't seen this particular problem due to caching but have seen other issues (with MapSource). Both BaseCamp and MapSource keep their cache in a "TileCache" folder so it might be worth deleting all files in this folder (with BC closed) to see if it fixes the problem.

Did you happen to try my solution first? It should've worked but so should JAVAWA's as well (updates TileCache I think).

Interesting. Not sure why that wouldn't work but I guess that's a FALAGAR question.
