At gpsforum.nl a minor basecamp bug was discovered; easy to reproduce:
Tried on BC 4.2.4. - with CN Eu 2014.3:
- edit activity profiles
- choose the first 'select' button
- uncheck areas, lines, points
Go back to the map and zoom in on any town: most shopping poi's are still visible. Clearing map cache has no influence.
Note: the bug is not present using CN 2012.1 or e.g. a topo pro- it seems to be a map-bug

Other bug, irritating when producing feedback like above:
- I use dutch languaged windows 7 and dutch languaged basecamp
- switching basecamp to english will only translate part of the text. The program will be a mix of dutch and english; same happens with e.g. switching to German
