Basecamp and RV 760 Doesn't Find RV Parks and Services

I have Basecamp 4.2.4 installed on a Win 7 machine and a RV760. The 760 has POI files RV Parks and RV Services. They used to appear in BC when the 760 was connected to the computer.
They no longer appear.:(
Any help on what to change.

Check Activity Profiles, Map Display Features ... that points is selected.

Garmin fixed the issue in BaseCamp Version 4.3.4 Garmin support wouldn't admit there was a problem until it was fixed.
