1) I started Basecamp (Win 7) and it said it was downloading the latest version.
2) After it finished, I restarted Basecamp (I have NOT restarted the computer yet).
3) Help About shows 4.2.4, Basecamp 'sees' my Garmin Montana & its installed data.
4) HOWEVER (!) My Collection is blank!
5) I tried: users\MY NAME\app data\ROAMING\garmin\basecamp\database\...
There were 2 folders 4.0 & 4.1
6) In Basecamp I choose "Import into my collection" and choose 4.1\alldata.gdb [Dated Today]
I got an "Importing Data" Window and after 20 seconds I got the following error message:
File: ABOVE PATH\alldata.gdb
Status: Error
Details: Unsupported Version
I probably did something 'dumb', but (of course) I don't know what OR how to fix!
