When a GPS is replaced by a refurb by Garmin and the "new" device is updated on MyGarmin, the BirdsEye products need to be transferred to the replacement device - one at a time as you send them to the device. I've had 3 refurb replacements after the original purchase of my GPSMAP 62s in May 2011 so, have encountered this several times.
How about a way for BaseCamp (with the device connected, of course) to do this for ALL BirdsEye products in the database file with just one action?
