Can someone please help me/tell me how to transfer/activate my subscription of birdseye from my old Alpha to my new Alpha. I have tried everything I know to try and can't seem to get it. I keep getting an error message. Please help! I would really like to go hunting in the morning and know where my dogs are. Thanks.
If your device is replaced unther warranty, u need to contact garmin to transfer the subscription. if u just bought a new device to update the old one, I think u just need to buy a new subscription to unlock the Birdseye images to the new device. If u bought the new Alpha because the other one is broken and u can't us it any more, u could contact garmin to ask the to transfer the subscription, how ever, I'm not sure if they will do that.
