Can't see tracks after upgrading basecamp to 4.2.3

I have a Garmin edge 800 and my tracks are saved to a separate memory card. Before I upgraded, I could see all my tracks and transfer them to basecamp. After I upgraded today to version 4.2.3, I could only see one track and it looks like it was the first one I had saved from over a year ago. I can see the tracks on my memory card so I know they are not gone but basecamp does not see them to allow me to transfer them.
Hello, I have exactly the same problem after upgrade to 4.2.3. , trying to search for a solution but do not seem to find any. I contacted local support, wait for their answer.
I am having the same issue when trying to view tracks and/or routes in BaseCamp now from my Nuvi 2460. I know there are several routes and multiple tracks already stored in the unit itself but they either all don't show up OR don't show up at all when viewing Nuvi and/or Memory card contents in BaseCamp. I noticed all of this since doing the last BaseCamp upgrade. I called tech support and was told that now I need to buy a "2013" model Garmin product to be able to transfer anything back and forth from Unit to/from the PC. WTH?!?!?
Thanks for the reply. In BC, I can only see a partial amount of tracks that are on the 2460 unit itself. I have 4 routes and a bunch of tracks on the memory card and can see some but not all of them too. So, naturally, now I'm more confused than when I started. This is by far not my first Garmin product either. This one just happens to be the latest and it was purchased about a year ago or so, so it's not that old.
