Having now given up motorcycling I have really no need of a waterproof and somewhat outdated Zumo660 and because the cradle for the unit is still mounted on the bike I have been asked if I would like to sell the unit as part of the deal. I am particularly drawn to the nuvi 3597LMTHD as a replacement unit but have grown used to planning my own routes using either BC or MS. When towing a caravan route planning is extremely important in order to avoid many unsuitable roads that automatic routing would probably lead to.
So my question is - does anyone have experience with this unit and is it possible to plan routes in BC/MS and send them to the nuvi as is the now the case with the Zumo? From what images I manage to find on the web there appears to be a power outlet to the nuvi but no USB connection.
