Bsecamp Does Not See My Internet Connection

I have downloaded the Birdseye imagery but Basecamp does not see my internet connection. I get an error message saying I need to connect to the internet. Other programs are using it normally. What should I do?

I am not sure, unfortunately. I was hoping your issues were connected to a network outage that happened on Friday, but apparently that's not the case.

I'd contact Product Support. Link is below.
