Unable to locate Yelp result on European Map

I'm very new to all this and have to say this piece of software is taxing to say the least so I hope increasing familiarity will improve the experience!

I purchased a 2597 together with Europe.
I have since purchased the North American DVD and successfully installed it.

2 questions please.
The American map seems somewhat quicker to use in Basecamp. Can I somehow transfer the Europe map to the computer or would I need to buy the dvd?

I'm now finding this morning (having been previously successful yesterday) that when I am creating a Waypoint using a searched result (like a training college) the Locating Yelp Result progress bar never completes and I get an error Unable to Locate Yelp Result. This happens on both maps. Some advice would be appreciated.

Edit: And I'm really impressed that they recommend you use your email address as your user name which I fell for.

Thanks to a phone call to Garmin UK Tech Support (bit of a wait, but free and a very pleasant and helpful technician!) I'm now in a position to answer my own questions which may or may not be useful for anyone else.

Because the European map was purchased with unlimited updates I have been able to go into Garmin Express and 'reinstall' it onto the computer.
Not only has this obviously speeded things up when using the map in Basemap but more importantly has solved the Yelp problem.

I can also confirm that increased familiarity with the program does improve the experience :-)
