One of the questionable "improvements" on the 2012 and 2013 Nuvi's is the removal of the traditional display of favorites. They have been replaced by the "places along the road" map layer that groups your favorites together with selected POI's. So your favorites will now only display with the ugly heart shaped "signposts" and no label.
This really limits their usefulness and unfortunately there's nothing you can do about it (either with Basecamp or on the Nuvi itself). :mad:
(caveat - this is how the 35xx devices work... the 25x7 might be different, not certain).
