I have just downloaded the BaseCamp Mobile and I would like to use the Cloud data functionality.
I have been able to connect the BaseCamp Mobile with my Oregon 600 and I have uploaded a track to the Cloud with BC Mobile. It shows on the iPhone.
Now, when I use Basecamp 4.2.2 on my Windows computer, I enable Cloud Storage and I log onto myGarmin. I cannot see in the folder the track I just uploaded. Doing Sync Now has no effect and also, I am not able to copy a waypoint from my Collection to the Cloud, I receive an error of the type: There was a problem communicating with Cloud Data. An error occurred while sending the following file(s): Garmin/GPX/Waypoints_2013-09-09T185108Z.gpx. Then a second Error message box is displayed showing: There was a problem communicating with the memory card. Please ensure that the memory card is inserted correctly. The system cannot find the path specified.
Well, I am not writing to a memory card.
Can you help me resolve this issue. Thank you
