Subscription error message on Birdseye Download

Does anyone know where this is? Tried talking to Garman support 2X and they haven't helped. Looked all over my account info and can't find it.:mad:

I paid for the subscription and also got this error msg and contacted support. They emailed me saying it was fixed but nothing has changed. I'm not really sure how it is supposed to work especially because it isn't...
