Is anyone else having problems downloading BE images? I was able to download a areas yesterday morning. It seems to have stopped working since the late afternoon. Every area that I select to download starts as if it would download something and then it starts showing "download failed". Hasn't worked all day today. I've restarted BC and have also rebooted my comp. Are their servers down?
I wish they would have some sort of notification system within Basecamp to let you know that there is maintenance or whatever going on with their servers so people wouldn't have to waste countless hours trying to figure out the problem. It's good to know that I'm not the only one with this problem, but we shouldn't have to be sitting in the dark about it.
My thoughts exactly. I tried off and on all day yesterday to get Birdseye to download and the entire time figured I was doing something wrong. I agree a message of some sort would be nice.
