When clicking my find tool > address: it prints a box/screen saying no address found. I doesn't give me a place to enter an address to look for. What am I doing wrong? Thanks Vern
You also need to enter the address in the search box top right.
I have map CN North America NT 2000 something. I tried typing an address in the search box on the right but to no avail. Any other suggestions? Thanks for looking at this Master. v
So CN NA is selected in Basecamp? If so it should show which version, I assume it's a fairly recent map? If not then is it possible the address you're searching for is a new one and not on the map?
Try first typing just part of an address, since the map may not have it listed exactly as you typed it. First though hit Ctrl + Alt + F ... that should open the search box, and ensure 'Addresses' is selected. Now enter the town name in the location box, as you type you'll get a list that shortens the more you type until you can select the correct town. Now try the street name in the search box.
If it's still not working for you can you post the address or a similar one?
