The problem was tackled 2 years ago (https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?22537-BaseCamp-3-2-2-Does-not-Zoom-CustomMaps/page2) but is looks that still hasn't been resolved. It's quite frustrating when custom map exported from Global Mapper (v.13.2) works fine in GPS receiver and in GoogleEarth, but you cannot see anything on it at BaseCamp. Maybe somebody has found a solution for it in the meantime?
