Can't upload images into a post.

I have been trying to upload an image into a post but when it uploads I get an error that says it can't upload because it Exceeds my quota by 132.2kb.

In the Manage attachments it shows 13 files that have a ? for an image and the largest one is 194kb. I can find no way to delete these files but if I only have 1MB allowance of file upload area?? I don't think all 13 files make up 1MB. I am a member of another forum which uses the same forum software, where I have no problem uploading images. Many of them are 200+ kb.

You can delete your old files by going to Settings, then Attachments, or this page: https://forums.garmin.com/profile.php?do=editattachments

Though its probably easiest to upload them somewhere else, and just post a link to them. eg Imgur or Flickr will let you upload as much as you like, and give you BBcode for posting in the forum.
