All via points, shaping points become "Destinations" in latest Base-Camp?

With the latest Base Camp revision 4.2.2 and the latest Nuvi update, it now appears that all via points and shaping points in a route created by Base Camp become a "Destination" when converted to a trip by "Trip Planner" in my 2455. While I can continue driving to the next, it triggers the voices in my Garmin to respond with "Welcome to your destination" at every point. This is annoying, to say the least, as this could potentially happen every few hundred feet. Renders voice prompting useless. How can this be eliminated? I have Route 66 sections mapped out in Base Camp, but this new "feature" makes the routes unusable. Is it possible to run the original route as a "route" in the Nuvi without this annoyance?
