eTrex 30 + City Navigator 13 - Cant do address search

I have basecamp, an etrex 30 and a download of city navigator 2013 on the device. I've connected the eTrex to my PC and everything appears to have sync'ed - I can now see the map on basecamp.

But when I try and do an address search, nothing ever comes up. Even a search for "London"!

I am searching "Addresses", do I need to set something else up ?

Searching in Basecamp or on the GPS?

On the GPS you should be able to do a Where to, Cities

In Basecamp for some unknown logic Cities are a subset of POIs.

This is searching in basecamp. Searching "address" doesn't seem to bring up anything; cities, towns, post codes even.

There seems to be a lot of information present; if I right-click on the map and choose "find nearest places", all sorts of information comes up

I've now tried searching in all sections, I cannot perform even a basic postcode search? Any clues?

Well somethings wrong if postcode search doesn't even work for you. Are you sure you have the CN EU map selected in Basecamp? If so you should be able to enter postcode in the search box top right and hit enter.
