Since the installation of the latest version of BaseCamp, I have been unable to run the program but instead am given this error message; "The BaseCamp settings file has become corrupted. Resetting default settings."
It of course does not restore any setting to default. At least such that to program can actually run. But just gives me an error message on startup. I have re-installed tor program with no change in the behavior.
What is the way to get the program back?
ETA Running Windows 7. All up to date on patches.
